how can you really tell if a cop is good or bad?
the problem isnt the numbers for me, im fine with a cop on every corner if their job is to serve and protect against the violent and thieves.
its the quality of the cops and what their job objectives are. seems mostly to be revenue collection
where does dirty money come from? social crime for the most part, hookers, drugs, gambling ect.. things that need protection
make social crimes legal, regulate ect.
lots of crime would go away leaving the cops to focus on the violent and the thieves
its funny that in some areas if you test to high you dont get hired.. they dont want thinkers. they want goons
regarding this case.. dont know. dont want to know. didnt look at the article

im of the view that cops should film and record all actions.
and cops should understand that protecting them is not the primary goal.. dont like it, dont be a cop.
protecting citizens and their rights is of utmost importance
being a cop is not even the most dangerous profession.. this shoot first ask questions later mentality has to go.
im not prepared to pay for polygraphs for every ticket.. seems costly but def can be a tool to use some times

CAmeras everywhere all the time. if we legalize everything then no one will have anything to hide, so body cams on cops and on every square inch of public space. I would also advise every person to get a private video survalence system for the house then everywhere all the time would be on camera from multiple angles. That way we could weed out the bad cops... |
