That completely sucks, even if it was foreseen.
I'm guessing it's not really going to change much. Growing has been illegal for a long time and that never really deterred anyone who wanted to grow.
Still, fuck those ass clowns for putting corporate interests over the will of the people.

I have no plan on stopping. Did it before it was legal. Did it while legal. Will be the guy making sure everyone else grows mostly seed when it becomes illegal.

It also sounds like this measure has almost no chance of passing.

It also sounds like this measure has almost no chance of passing. Im mostly sure big money is behind this and it was planned to begin with. I hope you are right. But I kinda think the coorperate interest has more power over reality than voters.

you have to expect attempts.
either way i suspect the risk to growers going to prison has gone down regardless

But I kinda think the coorperate interest has more power over reality than voters. -The article says that because it would affect a measure enacted by voters, that there would need to be a supermajority, and that most Democrats aren't willing to limit the new law and a lot of Repubs won't either. I think you'll be ok for a while.

Itโs kinda weird politicians get to run shit for another two months after they lose an election.
So much lame duck protocol getting crammed thru right now.

That bill isnโt going to pass tho.
Need 3/4 the state senate vote.

I was nice and toasted when I came across that post with the Briteside commercial. I liked how it progressively got weirder.
