Just found one that is not nearly as close to the one were working on but has 3.5 acres of land which would be fits for a damn good price
Also possibility of a car lift in the garage
I cant fix shit on a car , but dont mean that we cant take that lift for a ride

Still playing the waiting game
Have to get home inspector back in to review electrical work that was done
Going to cover cost of hvac re inspect , person they used has no online foot print and no phone number on invoice, also address on there shows a house that just sold about 30 or so minutes away, yeah that doesn't fly with me in modern times
Still waiting on septic too, but all seems to be trending the way it should be electric has been done (by what seems to be a legit business) and radon also taken care of

Under writing still in process
Sellers getting septic I serviced and inspected needs to be to our satisfaction
Still trending right way
In current abode news, freakin basement windows be leaking water...not leaking letting a decent amount in
It is due to the fuggin foundation falling inwards and basically the basement window and well are not connected to the house
It's raining balls right now and supposed to rest of day and night
Awesome.
Explains why that part of basement carpet was wet last week , could not figure it out for life of me (only rained for maybe a couple days, nothing crazy minus a 30 minute thunder storm)

hopefully the basement shit can be easily fixed man. a leaky basement will drive down your future value bigly.
my parent's neighbor can't even sell their house right now because they had previous water damage in the basement. now granted i don't know if thats the only reason that house isn't selling, but any water damage/issues, is never a good thing when trying to resell.

Basement issue at current place
Hope new place doesn't have basement issues, at least there they have a working sump pump
Ours has the "crack" between floor and wall and then one of the connecting town houses has a sump pump

Talked to bank today , still waitin on under writing, as they are uber booked
Good news no penalty or late fees due them being behind
Waiting on lawyer to call back to see where the seller and they are st with title search/survey
Calling realtor today to make him start putting the pressure on the seller reason being...
Since the jump, the ELEPHANT in the room has been the septic. Since the jump the BULL in the china shop has asked time and time again , when can we get this done, why are we waiting, when can we etc...?
Waswelp realtor left me messageother day stating it was pushed for earlier because he thought the loan I had (which I dont know why he thought this, because he KNEW damn well what type of loan we got) mortgage commitment was going to be required by bank when in fact, it's not. And never was.
I would of other fu ked him up and down and all over if I would of talked to him the other day
So probably looking now at a mid august closing
Yay more rent to be paid, whooop whoop!
