Realtor hit me up today
Septic is operational , but not at peak capacity, inspector could not give it the passing marks

May just need a roto tooter style job , or may need to be fully replaced
Not sure which yet, but they (seller) are calling around for estimates to get it resolved and I should know somethin bu end of day today

Full septic replacement needed
Guess the way it's gonna shake out is they (seller) will leave 1.5 × the amount with attorney to pay for it, so that way we dont delay closing , any money that is left goes back to them and if they're short they cover the difference
Home inspector back out Next Wednesday, New hvac co on my dime out there then too
