LOL. We have a couple window shakers in the kids' bedrooms where it gets really hot above the garage, but the rest of the house has excellent cross breezes and lots of windows.
Honestly...you really only need AC for a couple of months out of the year up this way.
We have long-term plans of getting central air, but not anytime real soon.

Oh bummer. Life without AC is manageable though...just saying. We do it. wait what? Your house doesnt have ac or internet? .....But the pooper is located just outside and the well is deep and clear. |

They are not sure if they want to escrow it due to liability

Sorry pal your the pro at this, not me and here I am on the hook for probably another months rent (at least partial I'm imagining at this point) and possible extension fees
Where none of this was my fault
He says he had to back them into a corner to replace everything , I'm sayin ok and you could have done that much sooner since the main issues were addressed (circuit breaker replaced and radon mitigation installed) in June
And here we are half way through August with their rep leaving everything in the air not even providing an estimated date of septic replacement just a hopefully by months end
Sorry pal, I have been polite long enough, it's time to be bare bones honest

Still may not be a le to close on time due to not knowing if we can proceed with out health dept report
