We just got dudes getting into fist fights with parking meters here.
Sure it's not just heat stuff?

It's been at least once a month I'd say
Pretty sure it happened without heat
It is one big room but it's not
One side is more utility with w/d , sink radon system sump pump etc
Other is furniture nothing but outlets as far as any utility devices
Seems to generate from front right side, which would correspond to utility sode ot basement
Furnace hot water tank are In the middle of both sides

I'm very slowly attempting to remodel the kitchen.
I just finished sanding, painting, and new hardware on the cabinets.
I would not suggest doing it. It was 1000% pain in the ass and I had all the doors off for a month.
It looks better, but not new. I give myself a B- after atleast 40 hours of hard work. The cabinets are 20 years old. What's the saying? You cant polish a turd?
Total cost now is like 400, new cabinets are like 10K so there is that. But my time is valuable

Just got a quote on new countertops, like 4K. I think I'm going to do it though it should look good. I think I'll go with a light sparkle. I think they put mirror shards in it. Ahhh yeah

I’ve always liked the recycled glass countertops but they can get kind of busy. I think they might be better suited for commercial space.

Nope.
They based it all off the previous owner, which I guess they could of rectified, but did not
I knew it was going to be more, I did not know it was going to be THIS much more
