I think you can split it into two payments instead of all at once. But I don’t think you pay them directly you pay your mortgage company. My first year after moving I paid Maricopa county directly and mortgage people were like “no you idiot we do that” and it took four months for county to mail me a check refund. I was also rudely awakened when mine increased YOY.

yep my mortgage payment went up by almost $100 this year due to property taxes.
fuggin gov't will nickel and dime ya, but then print money outta thin air.

We always tell ourselves to put money away every months for property taxes. Then don't and bitch all month before giving it all up at once.

My taxes are all escrowed...I'm sure DPB's are too. Sucks when they go up though...my mortgage payment went up a good bit because of an escrow shortfall...because of taxes.

I guess I can deposit into the escrow to make up the difference but they(the bank) can only hold so much I guess ?
I'm trying to avoid the mortgage going up and tryin to get ahead of it is all

A wall around that toilet would not be a big addition.
The news guy did ok but he laughed after saying poop and again at the end after saying the condo was 900K
That's just stupid though. Nothing modern about it.

There were a couple of bars in college that didn't have doors on the stalls and it always blew my mind to walk in a bathroom at a crowded bar at 11 o'clock at night and see some dude taking a steamer.

Our local jamband venue had a little 'powder' issue and took the door off the only stale too. That was rude. I can't remember if I ever had to use it that way. It only lasted a month or so.
In that same time frame they kept 1 security either in or out of the bathroom.
They didn't care it was just the liability. More than once I was asked to leave the stale with 3 or 4 people in it haha. All you can say is sorry and keep your head down

So the damn snow melting revealed some magiceye spots on kitchen cielin , lame.
Septic co. That did replacement admitted to not bringing extra dirt when doing it and said basically to re fill properly does not come with replacement / installation , and for 3-4 hundo theyd come back to do it right extra lame.
Spring gonna be busy with yard workin , that's for true
On the whole worth it, and lovin the casa and cant wait to throw a proper house warmin partaay
