Not sure, lady at fidelity said either loan I do, the homeborrower loan or personal would not effect my taxes
Said home borrower one comes with a lil hassle of having paper work needed for it where personal does not

I did a Hardship Withdrawal to put my 20% down to avoid that PMI shit but I did owe Feds and State the next year taxes. Still was worth it as insuring the mortgage is a waste.

I rented a place in Charleston without seeing it. It was a nightmare. I backed out of the lease and the guy tried to sue me. Then I randomly became friends with his brother. We had fun laughing about him.
