I think i've said this in other threads but it is fitting for this one. the Let's go Brandon thing is about as dumb and juvenile as it gets! If you want to say Fuck Joe Biden then say Fuck Joe Biden but to be obsessed with saying Let's go Brandon goes to show just how dumb of a society we live in. I really hate how divided this country has become but I also can't stand the other sides stupid view points and it absolutely blows my mind that some people actually believe what they believe I literally hate both biden and trump. Just playing devils advocate here tho - why’s it ok for one side and not the other? Fuck trump was a thing for a long time and still is. You’re just upset because it’s on the side youre apart of. This is why I hate politics and just like rubbing my nips If people want to say Fuck Biden then more power to them. I feel like the court is spending a lot of time building up their own defense as to why they are going to side with the states on this. It's almost as if they had already reached a conclusion before hearing any arguments.

I think Biden has been pretty clear about his willingness to sign a piece of legislation that would cancel federal student loans.
Congress has made no attempt to draft any legislation to address the loan issue, and I'm pretty sure Biden does not have the power to just cancel debt with an executive order.

There is seemingly almost no issue where all 50 D senators agree enough to push through any of the things Biden campaigned on. Trump had an ironclad majority of the R voting with him on almost everything. Sadly a guy who drives a Maserati, lives on a yacht and is a millionaire because of coal is sinking most of the aspirational agenda items that were on the table. I'm no Biden cheerleader but I'm looking way harder at Manchin and Sinema for the legislative deadlock we're currently in. There is also almost no issue no matter how much it would help their constituents that the R Congress will vote for if Biden "gets the credit".

There isn't any law or rule that says the president can't forgive student loan debt. He can do it. It might then be brought in front of a federal court to make a ruling as to it's legality. He ran on this but has shown no effort to fight for it. The president can also easily reschedule marijuana which would essentially decriminalize it, which he also ran on, and is showing no signs of coming through on that either. Now it sounds like the BBB bill is dying.

Yep, the BBB bill is dead. Joe Biden is not fighting for it, any of it. The corporate democrats are as corrupt as the republicans. I hope all the people in this country that voted for Hillary in her primary against Bernie Sanders, and voted for Joe Biden in his primary against Bernie Sanders are happy with the current political situation that they created. The democrats have control of everything but are doing jack shit for the american people. We are so very screwed.

Throw in an extra 200 million for the guy who isn't voting for it because it's too expensive? Why not give everyone an extra 200 million then everyone would vote for it. Manchin has been changing the goal posts for months because he likes the shine. I have no idea what Sinema is about other than taking other people's money to tank progressive movements.
