I went on two walks today. Three if you count the kebab shop down the block.  It was like Subway...  ...But with six kinds of hot dog offerings.  Of which I got none.  Chicken and turkey |

 Home meal with pistaccio cream pesto penne, leftover grilled veggies, eggplant parmigiana with ham and egg from the kebab dudes... not my fave with l'uovo (egg), and our probably blasphemous caprese bruschetta with buffalo mozz. And white wine from the old barn down the way |

 Ordered delivery from the Taphouse across from the base. Accidentally got huge steaks because the price was for 100 grams but wife didn't tell me and they said minimum on the filet was 300g and 700g on the T Bone so I was like sure gimme a 400 and a 900... so there was some sticker shock associated with this round. Farfalle pasta with Norwegian Salmon, calamari, taters, and piccolo orso got chicky nuggies and fries  Â T Bone was fantastic and had these salt pyramids on it which I have never seen before |

We got Tex Mex the other day from the joint down the street. It was not good and I will not disgrace this thread with pictures. A chalupe with jar salsa that was like ketchup, carne asada that was not very asada, and pre-made guacamole. I know we are spoiled on quality tacos from being in the states but dang... Churros were excellent though so it saved the day.

To me it's the best latino/latina food in all the land, sorry vatos gauchos etc.. 2. There ain't a lotta Puerto Rican eateries In many of these lands/cities |
