It's the contract that has to be figured in like Chroni said. Giving up 2 1's and then having to guarantee him a billion dollars is crazy unless a team is delusional enough to think that they are a Lamar away from winning the Super Bowl. Only a team that is already good should even consider that in my mind.

Lamar is toxic and his me first attitude has burned up any respect he has with the fan base. I think the majority of Ravens fans are ready to ship him out and move on. DeCosta is just trying to get those picks at this point, I don't see any way forward for him in the Ravens organization. Lamar proved that he is not willing to put the team first. We all saw Mahomes limping his way to a Superbowl and we all saw that Lamar wasn't going to put out that kind of effort for his team. I remember when the Ravens paid Joe Flacco without a question so it's not like the organization isn't willing to pay a QB what he's worth. Lamar just isn't worth what he wants.
Any team that takes him is in for a surprise when they find out he's only as good as he looks because the Ravens built their whole offense around his skill set. Put him in a traditional system and his passing deficiencies are going to be exposed.

Steelers are sending pick 234 to the Rams. Rams are sending Allen Robinson, pick 251 and 10.25 million of his 15.25 million dollar salary to the Steelers. That guys career fell off a cliff in 2 years. Good gamble for Pitt.
