I heard today that newly acquired DJ Moore has more career receiving yards than the Bears all time leader. That is crazy for a team as old as the Bears.

Love all these moves but love DJ Moore the most. The bears get a true #1 and Mooney and Claypool will be GREAT complementary pieces. Poles is making shit happen! Build the statue!

Claypool is not a 1 but he is a good complimentary piece. Between him Mooney and Moore he is going to get a ton of opportunity to show why we traded for him. I'm excited to see his progress.

He certainly isn't 1st pick of the 2nd round good. That was a ridiculous trade for a team that finished with the worst record in the league.

the bears success will completely hinge on the development of Fields. they can definitely build a good roster around him and see what happens. and in a weird twist of fate, after Rodgers is done on the jets, he's going to sign with the bears as a FA, and become the first player/owner in league history.  |

They went for it and won it, which is pretty unusual, but it's going to F them up for several years. The cap problems are bad enough but they burned so many draft picks too. Worth it for a ring though. |

I don't beleive you can judge the trade until you see how he does with a full off-season under his belt. |

The best thing about this trade with the panthers is that if Fields is not the answer they will more than likely have a top 5 and a top 10 pic in order to find the right qb in a draft where the qbs may be a little better. |
