Bears the new Lions?
GB is stomping. I know the feeling. How Cleveland gave it to the Bung boys.

I had no clue what the packers would do
Looked like a B+
Now I expect a B in all games.
NFC North is the most 25% up for grabs in the last 30 years this year.

I went to a soccer game but dad recorded the Packers game, just got home from watching at his house.
I totally called that Fields INT, told my dad “they’re starting to build a little momentum, he will throw an interception.” Next play INT that gets run back.

It's a shame the bears had to play the packers week 1. It was an ugly start but the packers have virtually the same team as last year minus qb. The bears have a completely new roster, new offensive weapons, new line on both sides, they're not gonna be 100% ready week 1. I beleive the bears will be MUCH better than they looked yesterday but it could take a few more weeks to get it together. I'm confident things will look better in the coming weeks

I don't know man, the Bears looked pretty awful. I would be so bummed if I was a Giants fan. The first game after signing Danny Dimes to a huge extension went about as poorly as possible.

I mean the bears were the worst team in the NFL. Not gonna overreact over the first game of the season

really bears fans should just be thanking the giants for throwing up the worst performance of the week in primetime, so everyone is talking about that monday morning, instead of another rousing edition of "is fields the guy?"

I mean look at how the Lions started last year and look at how they finish. Week 1 overreactions in the NFL are always my favorite. The Packers have dominated the Bears for basically a decade now, why would the 1st game of the regular season be any different? There were things I saw from Justin that I liked and things that I hated. If he's not great this year, the Bears have 2 1st round picks to make something work. Week 2 is a new week and I am hopeful there will be improvement. If the Bears suck then they suck, they've sucked most of my life, but to think i'm going to abandon ship over 1 loss is silly. I'm confident they will get better and even, potentially, make a little noise by seasons end. If i'm wrong, won't be the first time and won't be the last.

Dallas dominated the Giants, but it's the first week of the regular season, maybe Dallas was more prepared, maybe the Giants had some injury issues during the pre-season and their team wasn't prepared. To assume that the Giants will be that bad and Dallas defense will be that good is silly. Dallas D will come back to earth, Giants will play better than they did last night. Same with the Bengals, they started 0-2 the last 2 years and we all know how they ended their seasons. Week 1 may as well still be preseason for some teams.

week 1 overreactions are the best gerg, that's what makes it fun. i just thought it was funny how you pivoted from your pre-seaon analysis of "the packers are trending towards being one of the worst teams in the league", to "its a shame the bears had to play the packers week 1". lol. its ok bro the bears future is bright, fields is likely is the guy, and if he's not they can grab a QB in a much better QB class this year. but fields wasn't the problem IMO, their o-line is still shit. packers d-line wrecked that game and were in the backfield a ton.
