I know I'll be the outlier and I realize that by using a ticket to enter an event you are consenting to terms, but... does the nfl have no responsibility to ensure the safety of their fans? Sure, you can chalk it up to a handful of individuals in contrast to the thousands of others that didn't get frostbite. If human nature tells us anything it's that people don't always make the best decisions and when you add alcohol on top of it, well, here we are. That is freaking crazy, though.

It's basically "out of their control". They're not allowed to over serve alcohol but they cant control the weather, etc. Force Majeure clauses and human desire give them a lot of legal wiggle room. |

No responsibility in my book. I'm sure thousands of people get heat stroke or heat related illness at baseball and early season football games every year. People have been struck by lightning at golf tournaments. People have taken a tire to the dome at auto racing events. Some idiot gets mauled in the tour de France every year because they are on the course when guys ride through at 60 mph. People not only willingly went to the game, they paid through their teeth for the privilege.

Packers get Josh Jacob’s and are going to cut Aaron Jones. I love Aaron Jones but he was hurt a lot last year. Atlanta joins the list of Cousins teams that will do just well enough to break their hearts. |

he signed such a small deal to fuck the broncos. they still owe him like 39 million this year for the dead cap hit, but he only gets the difference between that and whatever he makes this year. thus he signed for the minimum with the steelers, to fuck over the broncos so they owe him more.
