My wook flu seems to be a seasonal cold. I slept horribly last night. I don't even feel that bad, but after tossing and turning for a few hours, I started sneezing and everytime I'd start to fall asleep my nose would run and wake me up. I'm medicating tonight to avoid any repeat.

I was sick all weekend. Nausea, headache and body pain. Guessing I had the flu but could have been covid? Idk. I feel better now. On the good side I lost two pounds and haven't had a beer in four days.

In laws have been here since Friday, leaving next Sunday.
Too long.
My dad brought a 12er of New Belgium mix that had Trippel in it. He’s had two and is getting kinda chatty. I reminded him that was an 8.5% beer.
