Hurricanes aren’t that bad. You have days to prepare. it would suck if you were living on a boat and your boat wound up in a pile of other boats. but like then are all of the other boats kinda freebies if you remove the registration numbers and sail to another island..? |

I feel like the thing to do is take the trade skills and learn how to do it on boats. Live in the islands and work on rich people's yachts. They leave them all over the place to get serviced in the offseason. I guess the downside would be you might have to be there during hurricane season. Legs' cousin is a boat inspector (think home inspector) based in St Thomas. He and his wife and kids live the life |
