I have been eating mostly veggies and have lost some inches for sure. I think about steak sammiches all day tho.

I have been eating a lot of mushrooms from the Asian grocery. Marinating jackfruit in enchilada sauce and turning them into some sort of burger patty is working well too.

I've been a rabbit today Carrots and a salad for lunch. I eat salads roughly 6 days a week. I be pooping gardens The wife and I have our little snack boxes with veggies and hummus. We have been doing that for years but I finally had to quite the meats. Fridays and Saturdays may not count.

70 minutes of hard workout time or 150 of moderate exercise per week. Every week. Eat reasonably & you're good to go!

I’ve definitely lost a couple pounds, but not much. Quitting smoking means lots of eating. But I’ve been trying not to. Having a tooth pulled yesterday should help.

I stepped on the scale in the hr office yesterday and was disappointed. My face looks slimmer and my jeans are really loose, but I'm the same weight I was in October at the dr.

Water and the food you eat each day also weigh a ton. I weighed myself after a gym sesh one night and was like how did I gain all that weight back so fast?! Couple big bottles of water during the workout will do that. Started checking the scale in the morning and I'm down 10 lbs from where I began.

Got my wife an Aviron for Christmas cuz she really wanted one to get back in a good routine after having a kid almost two years ago now. Basically a peloton but a rowing machine instead of a bike. I’ve never been much of a workout guy aside from hiking, kayaking and disc golfing, but I’ve been using it to get my money’s worth. As long as I don’t have to be in a gym with “gym people” 🤷🏻♂️ Rowing is definitely a good, well rounded exercise. I’m pretty terrible at maintaining good eating habits - I’ll do good for a while then be really bad for a while but trying to get better at it, and when both me and my wife try together it goes way better. Also being a lover of beer does not bode well for shaving off lbs

The oral fixation is real, but I’m doing ok.

They're already stopping that plan because the backlash was so strong. They're not in a position to pull that shit sales wise so it's odd they were considering it.
