Running fucking sucks.
My legs actually feel way better than expected, my lungs just can't keep up. Gotta kick the vape. Been off cigs for 6 months and weed for almost 3.

Been doing 5 mile walks regularly and now incorporating stretches of running into that. Def can't do 5 miles only running, it's like a 70/30ish walk/run ratio.

I’ve done this many hot yoga classes since December 2022. Have I lost weight? Not really. Am I fitter? Possibly… Am I better at doing yoga? Yes. Happy I’ve got something I can keep showing up to tho.

im still biking 12 miles a day every day. i feel pretty good and im back to pre-pandemic weight cause ive been hitting some serious hills and not so much rail-trail.

I had my first physical since March of last year, on Saturday, My blood pressure which was incredibly high is at a near perfect level. I got blood work and a urinalysis done and my levels are all perfect minus slightly higher protein levels than normal, which makes sense since protein is basically all i eat. I started taking fiber gummies to help and now I be poopin like crazy. This is the best shape I've been in, in 14 years, which both makes me happy and sad that I spent so much of my 20's and 30's absolutely abusing my body with crap food.

Congrats fit people. Feeling great should be a priority for everyone. I've been letting planet fitness take money every month and haven't been going. Need to fix that. I ride my bike as often as possible. Eat mostly healthy. No alcohol with the exception of one glass of wine for the last year. Have not smoked any herb since Sunday. It has not been satisfying lately so I'm taking a break of somewhere between a few days and whenever. Creeping on 13 years without a cigarette. And trying to reduce my caffeine from every coffee shop in town knows to make me some quad shots down to 100 mg caffeine per day. Still in the coffee prevents headaches stage.

Been doing scrambled eggs with an avocado and feta mixed in, hot sauce on top and whole wheat toast. Very tasty. Don't tell me it's not healthy, I'll cry.
