I didn't steal one today but I did park in the veteran spot. Stolen valor.

Lots of giggles and silliness coming from the kitchen while I'm watching The Masters.
We're all good here 😊

I have no qualms with calling my 23 year old out on if it’s “that time” or not when she is being extra more ridiculous than usual. Your cycle isn’t going to bring the rest of us down, maaaaaaaan. Whatever. My point was don’t make an early teenage girl more weirded out by something that already sucks. Especially by her dad. Talk about awkward. Point taken. Every teen girl for all their similarities also have their own way of dealing with it. My daughter as a teen wasn’t shy about telling me to back off because it was that time of the month. I think she kinda understood it’s part of being a woman and nothing to feel especially awkward about. The occasional ribbing was harmless. I can understand though how some aren’t as thick skinned.

Ha! What a bullshit response. Again, whatever, I don’t really care that much. It’s amusing though.

I was at the bar after my bike ride and me and my friend were laughing at these rich people who had their baby crawling around on the ground next to the table. Mind you this isn't some farm brewery with playground. This is a parking lot across from a motorcycle dealership. Fucking hilarious.

Prices here are weird. Right now boring old virtually flavor free iceberg lettuce consisting mostly of water costs around $6.50 per kilo. That's more expensive than some quality Argentine beef, not much cheaper than the choicest cuts.

Fucking hilarious. having been to that brewery I agree with the hilarity. the beer is good and the staff /patrons are nice but I certainly doesn't seem like a place you would bring a small child

I just started humming "Zoltar needs goats" to the tune of "Elvis needs boats" by the recently departed Mojo Nixon.

We're shelf milk people now. No need for the refrigerated stuff. I'll pop a new carton in the fridge the day before we need it.

Shelf milk, non-refrigerated eggs that get stored on the counter, I'm so fully adapted now that I wonder if I went back to the states if I'd put toilet paper in the covered waste paper container instead of in the toilet my first day back.

We keep our eggs on the counter (the ones we get from our chickens) but shelf milk??? I didn't even know that was a thing

Real solid weekend but I am sore AF. Lots of gardening and lots of activities with the children. Good times had by all. It was an absolutely gorgeous weekened. Gotta enjoy it now because we are about to get hit with a million cicadas

My muscles are fine, but my sitz bones are sore from my bike this weekend. It hit 70 and I was back in the saddle again. I'm switching to my cushy seated bike when I go to get coffee later!
