glad that storm hung a left a few days ago. was headed right for boca/fort lauderdale up until a few days ago. wind and rain still but nothing major

I thought I was having them yesterday...I sneezed really hard and for a could hours afterwards I was having some random pain on my back where a particular muscle would flex and cause pain...
It went away on it's own though...
