Oh yeah, the other thing about going to commercial butchers is you're never sure if you're getting your own deer back... This guy will process one deer from beginning to end so there's never any question of whether or not you're getting your own deer. ^^ That first part could be a problem this year with the warmer temps. Dont want to get meat from that some guy has had in the the back of his truck for a day and half making sure he's showing all his buddies. No doubt. I 100% trust my butcher. I stick around and help sometimes too which is always fun |

Had tacos last night, wife was at the store and I told her there were only 5 shells, please get more, she said that was enough.
