Tacos El Gordo. The original location is still open in TJ and now they have a couple shops in San Diego and one in Las Vegas.

when i worked at a packing plant they sometimes would have meat they couldnt sell as burger, tainted what ever.
the solution was to make it into taco meat.. cooking process destroyed the nasties
