Excellent! We got homemade gringa corn tortillas that are too thick from some white lady here. She does not possess the generational family knowledge to make them well, but they're still decent. Ground beef white people style, pickled red onions, cabbage slaw, cilantro, and copious El yucateco verde hot sauce. |

I don't believe I've ever once seen a taco here. If I did, I'm sure the meat would be good but there'd be zero in the way of seasoning other than salt. Hamburger crumbs in a tortilla. Argentina has the gastronomic curiosity of a small child.
