Can't remember if it's the same in Mexican Spanish, but in Peru puffy, or puff, is something you say when something or someone really stinks. I'd still like to try one of them puffy tacos though.

The smell from them carnitas getting banged up in the oven right now is driving me crazy....they got another 30! Treeeee...where are you! Ima haveta figure out the finishing meself?
