A giant corn tortilla wouldnt be very sturdy I wish you and amster were wrong. The little corn ones slightly fried on a griddle are my jam for taco. But yeah they don't hold up to overfilling and rolling up. |

If you get flour tortilla enchiladas, then yes, i believe you just bought a "Mexican sandwich" but you definitely don't have enchiladas. I see flour tortillas used, not much for enchiladas, but way too frequently for the state of New MEXICO. I don't think I go food snob very often, but I feel the way about flour tortillas being used in huevos rancheros that many new yorkers feel about deep dish pizza.
