I made amberjack tacos not too long ago. They were awesome.

well they have mexican lasagna...
and they have sushi burritos...
i'm sure you could wrap up marinara and mozz and stuff into a flour tortilla?

When I was a kid I once tried to make a spaghetti and meatballs hero/sub/grinder. I figured meatballs on bread were good and I usually had garlic bread with pasta dishes so why not combine them all into a sandwich.
I've combined worse but that was a one time thing.

I keep seeing this billboard on the highway for a ramen burrito from California Tortilla. Doesn't look too appetizing.

Chipotle(minus the e coli) and Moe's are both decent. California tortilla is garbage.

i don't think I would want to get tacos from any place named Willys, Moes or Cactus Grill.
but then again, one of the best taco shops around here is called Tommys. so who knows? Tommys is the shit by the way. every tortilla for their burritos or tacos is made to order. so the first thing that happens in the kitchen when you order is a ball of dough is rolled out and cooked to a tortilla. it's pretty righteous.
