Couple days ago the wife ordered anticuchos, a peruvian thing which is like shish-kebabed beef hearts. Tried them once, but I don't do organs. I went with the alpaca steak.

I'm making chicken soft tacos. Slow cooking the chicken in the crock pot all day with salsa. Diced tomatoes, jalapenos, onions. I've got shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheese. I've got sour cream. Should I go and get some lettuce to put in them too? Guacamole?

Had quinoa, black bean and corn tacos for dinner last night. Mock all you want but they were delicious. Avocado, lettuce, sour cream, hot sauce and jalepenos for fixings. FKT

What's up with this "If Trump loses we'll have taco trucks on every corner?" Is this guy a plant for Clinton, because I think taco trucks on every corner would be damn convenient and pretty bad ass. Unless of course they're those taco truck themed taco trucks that really aren't taco trucks.
Sucks that Trump has to lose/Hillary has to win for this to happen.

I'm stoked. I've got new neighbors from Mexico who just moved in a couple of weeks ago and will be showing my wife and I how to cook some authentic Mexican food, including some bomb tacos.

They were delicious. There are 4 venders within maybe 2 miles of me the place these came from is the closest and they are the best in town IMO.
