yeah this thread isnt juuust about the new movie but yeah, tons of reasons to be excited i read some of it to start but i sensed talk of the trailer and tuned it out after that. i want to be suprised thats how i feel and thats why ill be seeing that movie opening weekend. did the same with jurassic world. i didnt wanna go into the movie knowing how other people felt about it, i wanted to make my own opinion organically but for real i cant wait to see this movie spun as shit at basslights cuz basslights is opening weekend for star wars |

MAJOR SPOILER ALERT:
Just came across an interview with George Lucas. Apparently he's pissed at Disney for what they did with his creation so he's spilled the beans:
Princess Leia - now a lesbian
C3PO - though a droid with no sexual organs; he's gay (this may not be much of a spoiler)
Luke - now goes by the name Ethel Skywalker and is halfway through the gender reassignment procedure during his first scene
Han and Chewy - homosexual bestiality
Lucas also confirms that there's black people in the movie
Rage is in for an unpleasant surprise.

I read the same interview, he said that during the initial battle scene there are lots of new characters, you can tell the empire by their republican red light sabers, the Jedi ones are rainbow colored.

There are two theaters in my city that have a marathon package for all 7 episodes. It is $60 a person and begins at 1am on Dec 17th segueing right into the new release.
It is over 20 hours (maybe 20 minute layover between eps?) so only the truest Jedi nerds will attempt it. I would do it and do it Han Solo cuz my wife is Trek over Wars and couldn't give two shits about my little space opera

TV is so interesting when your dosed lol like i could be down to just eat madd L and redose a couple times and watch all 7 star wars in a row. thats like the only way i could actually do it |

Whenever I've tripped I prefer to have an actual, interactive experience instead of a mediated experience. I might smoke weed and watch TV, but if I'm on drugs I'd much rather DO something instead of only WATCHING others do something in 2D. Maybe I just have different standards when it comes to what I consider interesting?
