saw Bob Wills and a few Loggins and Messina LPs at the Where No Winner Shops, but I'm not quite ready to vinyl again. Also a ton of German post-wave shit. If you want them I'll go back.

One of the sadder things in my life was having to abandon my vinyl collection. Shipping and storage fees were getting ridiculous. Can't fit vinyl and turntable in a backpack. I was a slave to that collection for years. Kinda feels good to be free of that, but I still miss it. Memories of a teenage me cleaning weed on the covers, album art and packaging, and most of all the warmth in the sound. Paired with a tube amp and good speakers - no finer audio.

This is super cool. I was wondering how a record could be in stereo with just one needle on a record. The needle "reads" both sides of the groove so when they aren't identical it picks up two different signals groverlab.org/hnbfpr/2019-08-06-stereo-records.html |
