Also... the obligatory I probably don't NEED another fuzz pedal, but... you can add a bias knob AND put the clean trim on the outside of the enclosure. I love both of those options.

Personally I'm not crazy about the silicon fuzz face designs. I'd rather have a Muff, but germanium on the other hand is a whole different beast

It just dawned on me that the vegetarian pizza fuzz that might have the bc183 in it and I prefer the standard Hawaiian pizza over it.

It's the bc109 and isn't really my thing, but I snagged #7 of 52 for a great price on reverb shortly after they released it. I think I played it side by side with thd Hawaiian only a couple times and it's been in its box ever since. Hell, the Hawaiian has since been boxed and replaced with the caroline olympia fuzz which is a beast. Muffy and grungy. carolineguitar.com/vegetarian-pizza-special-limited-run-w-limited-tee/ |

So, having taken that into consideration I don't think I'd want the bc123 either. There are too many transistor options for me to know what I'd actually want. I am curious now what's in the eqd dirt transmitter because it is a silicon fuzz that I really like to play.

I also found a battery inside the dream crusher that was starting to bulge. Normally I open up the pedals and check for old batteries when I receive them. I'm so glad I found the battery before it started leaking.
