one of my poker buddies makes this dank chili seasoning mix. i know its base is chili powder, but it has a lot of spices in it. sorta spicy, but not overdone, and tasty af.

Lady introduced me to the combination of chorizo, black beans, and sweet potatoes in a chili. Canned chipotles in adobo sauce and cumin seeds provide the base of the seasoning in this one.

Sweet potato black bean and chorizo is a good combo in everything. Even without chorizo.

I bought a variety of dried chiles from the Mexican market and have used them in several different recipes. I have no idea how I've gone all this time without using them. They are a great thing to keep in the pantry.

my buddy uses chipotle in his wing sauce then puts the wings on the grill, chipotle and grill flavor is great.

I use pintos in the chili...top with sour cream & cheese and crunch up some Tostitos on there..AHH YEAHHH

Bear's Award Winning Pineapple Chili 2 lbs steak or ground beef or protein of choice (use lean beef or cook and drain most of the grease. Sear steak if desired) 2 onions diced 2 bell peppers diced 4 cloves garlic minced 1 can of beans drained and rinsed 1 20oz can of diced pineapple 1 15oz can of tomato sauce 1 14oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes 1/4 cup chili powder 1/2 tbsp salt 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp white pepper 2 bay leaves Dash of dried herbs Squeeze 1/2 lime Cayenne and red pepper flakes to taste Throw it all in the crock pot Top with green onions bump autophil74
