I used to get Italian mojitos with basil instead of mint and a limoncello sorbet float!
So freakin good!

 Hit up a great restaurant on the Island of Ortegia in Siracusa. Had some mussels  Calamaretti  seafood risotto with shrimp, clams, mussels, and crawfish  Spaghetti marginella (house specialty with clams and mussels) |

It's a straight up hot dog. They love them in Sicily apparently. Wurstel is hot dog, salsiccia is sausage

New Jersey has a famous “Italian hot dog.” It’s one of the signature “sandwiches” in the state.
Hot dog, usually deep fried, on an Italian roll with fried peppers, onions and potatoes. No ketchup. No Mayo.
Delicious.
