I’m from Budapest. Hungary? No, thank you. I had a falafel for lunch. lol he does Frank Devin better than Leslie Nielsen huh. I wanna watch it. That girl in it was super cute I totally had a crush. She was in Saw Same here about the girl. My 14 year old self was in love. She was 20 in real life, can’t remember what age she was supposed to be in the movie. That is the only thing I ever watched her in. |

Went to my moms and it was great. She didn’t let me do anything so I did dishes.
Now we’re at our friends house drinking beer and playing games. It’s been ten years since we spent a thanksgiving night here playing spoons, liars dice and left right center.
It’s cold here but I’ve loved eating all the thanksgiving food in a sweater and not sweating
Thankful for being back in IL

We did a super chill 5 person meal.
Wife's friend. She did a full turkey.
Other friend had 'potatoes'
Othe rhad dessert
Me and wife had side dish and she said potatoes I thought was weird but assumed other person did mash and gravy so I made aw gratin. So did they. Great.
So 2 a gratin taters. Meal was mostly success.
I get annoyed with other people communication when im not involved. 5 people and 2 same exact dishes!? Come on

I brought an experimental app cream cheese with a fesh cranberry jalepeno cilantro Cumin Lemmon salsa mash.
Pretty flavor bomb but not for everyone. Only a few bites were taken. Sad.
Also brought premium peanut butter cup edibles for after meal games.
Atleast me and the other dude were hyped on that. Played scattegories.
Still stress free family free not so bad

We went to that dive bar last night and sang karaoke. We were actually pretty great! She did some songs. Then we duet and I sang some on my own. The locals bought us some drinks and we left as honorary regulars. Singing wicked game as a duet is kind of hot... Gotta ask. Who sang the high notes? |

Kitchen is still a disaster.
Little annoyed by it, apparently I’m the only one who knows how a dish washer or sink works.
Going bowling with some friends shortly, will deal with it later.

Ma dukes slayed the meal today, it was a lot for her though, and she conceded back to our place next year
We hit brewery on way outta town. Played 501 and watched end of chiefs game

Everybody said the birds were good...I thought the breasts were a little dry but that's because I went to a BBQ place and I got smoked turkey that was like nothing I'd ever had before and I was pretty sure I could accomplish that on my first try...
But everybody had fun. I ferded around 9pm on the couch... It was a long day

My 7 hour drive back ended up 10 because we hit 2 distilleries, this bar i like called the dive in cave city and a pinball bar on IN side of louisville. Got to play the tommy machine which was cool.
Big family thanksgiving at my parents tomorrow. I have to think of something to whip together in the morning. Imma turn into a damn rollie pollie...

I brought salad stuff (tons of chopped.veggies and fixins). I also only at the one meal today so hopefully that brings me some relief from the extra foods...
