I was actually listening to the radio yesterday instead of spotify in the car. 7Th caller. You get a pair of tickets to WSP. No. Two pairs. One of the nights in DC and in Baltimore. I didn't get through once.
Again, not gonna buy tickets but I would love to win them.

If you're looking for a date for those shows you didn't win tickets to I'm not available but I probably have a friend who would be interested depending on what section the seats are in.

For the tickets I didn't win? Definitely. Probably pretty good seats.

I don't think those places have bad seats. When I won the CSN tickets at Hippodrome last year they were like 8th row.

Excuse me but that is not how I operate. I took that link directly from a posting on the Delfest family facebook group and posted it here before I had even entered and found out you get a link to share when you do. So that is not my link, its I guess a link to help out that Dave Votta guy who posted it there. I'm editing it to be just a generic link for us that helps out nobody!

Well if Dave wins have him take you. I had no issues getting you some extra votes for sharing the link.

When I was 13 or 14 I tried winning tickets to Pink Floyd's The Wall show at Nassau. At some point during every hour the radio station would play this Floydian jingle and if you were the first caller you got your name entered into the contest with all the other hourly winners for a drawing for one pair of tickets. I sat by the phone for hours and would dial the first six numbers with my finger in the rotary hole of the seventh waiting, waiting, waiting. No luck. I really wanted to win. In college I used to call this jazz station that would give out tickets to shows in the middle of the night. They'd be looking for say the third caller and I'd be the first, second, and then the third caller. I won all the time. Are you 60 years old?

50. The Wall came out when I was in eighth grade. The rotary phone thing's probably what threw you.

Hey Baltimore area people... I don't know if it's too late now or not (I couldn't login this morning), but if you want to trying winning a pair of tix to a Pink Floyd 3D LaserSpectacular show tomorrow night at Rams Head Live, email ramsheadtix@gmail.com with 3D FLOYD in the subject line and your full name in the body of the email. They will notify the winner sometime this afternoon. Tix are non-transferrable and they won't pull another name if you can't make it, so only enter if you can personally make it. This is how I won those Taj Mahal tix that Amster & I used last week. I figure probably not too many people enter these drawings, so you may have a decent chance. I did not enter this one myself, because there's a good show happening locally tomorrow night (Driftwood @ ABC), plus I don't feel like driving that far for a laser show, but this sounds like it would be pretty cool if you're local, especially for free. I left Amster a voicemail about it a few hours ago. More info: www.ramsheadlive.com/events/detail/307819
