But seriously, why NOT enter a free contest???
Is the competition too stressful for you?
Does it cause you anxiety wondering if you'll win?
Do you not cope well with the disappointment when you lose?
Are you afraid of getting on junk mail lists?
Are you worried about scams?
Inquiring minds want to know!
I've won a bunch of different contests over the years... it's great!

FYI, there are a bunch of good contests over at JamBase 1.0 right now... www.jambase.com/contestsThere are a bunch of good shows within a 2-hour radius of me that I wouldn't mind winning, but I only entered Gov't Mule at The Forum in Harrisburg, as that's the only hometown show and the one I want to attend the most. They don't let you win more than once every 90 days, so I don't want to take a chance of blowing my wad on something else, haha. I'm pretty sure traffic on their site is down these days, hence fewer contest entries... and I have a good history of winning their contests... so wish me luck! And good luck to anyone else who enters any! PS: Tonight is the first I've been on there in a while... still hate it (even though my computer it ok with it now)... but I'll take free tickets from them...  |

I know they do require ID, but not sure how picky they are about it being current. I'd call them and ask. Maybe get your current license from your brother's place in the meantime. Or is that the expired one and you're waiting on a new one? Do you have any other forms of ID, or a credit or debit card in your name? Anyway, I'm sure you'll get it sorted out. Enjoy your show! |

Thanks. It just expired saturday. My brother can't find it or my phone... Although, I don't think he really even looked for it. They live 80 miles from here. I'm not too worried about it that I feel the need to drive out there.

I would print the email they sent you. (I'd say show it to them on your smart phone, but you don't have that either!) It's not ID, but I bet they'd accept it.

It's been proven repeatedly that you can win JamBase and Rams Head Live contests!
Well I guess technically you CAN win ALL contests...
But I have a real good track record with those two anyway...
