Thanks for sharing, I actually won one of these festival give aways, Brew Skies Festival. I don't really know any of the bands but camping in WV at a free music and beer festival cant be too bad. Likely will try and take a hike or something one day.

They play the old 97s on the radio station I listen to and skribe. Skribe I know is from Baltimore. They are both ok. I don't have a real opinion on either one.

When I was 13 or 14 I tried winning tickets to Pink Floyd's The Wall show at Nassau. At some point during every hour the radio station would play this Floydian jingle and if you were the first caller you got your name entered into the contest with all the other hourly winners for a drawing for one pair of tickets. I sat by the phone for hours and would dial the first six numbers with my finger in the rotary hole of the seventh waiting, waiting, waiting. No luck. I really wanted to win.
In college I used to call this jazz station that would give out tickets to shows in the middle of the night. They'd be looking for say the third caller and I'd be the first, second, and then the third caller. I won all the time.
